Viewing project report
We can access the project report at anytime that shows us an overview of the queries implemented in our project and its result distribution across multiple sources.
In order to see this open the project dashboard and click on the icon. This will open a popup showing your summarized search results distribution and if you click on the Download button it will download an Excel file containing this table information.
Project Settings
You can also modify the project settings and at any point of time by click on icon from the project dashboard. This will allow you to update project name, its description or to add/remove or update categories from your project.
Note
You can’t delete the default category of your project (i.e. the first category you created while setting up this project) because by default this category will be the initial category for all your search results.
In case you want to get rid of this category, then create a new category and perform a bulk actions on all the search results across all queries that are using the old category and move them to the new category. Once the old category is unreferenced/no longer used by any results you can choose to delete it.
Hence it’s important to design your categories while setting up your project.
